Victoria Sponge



I can't do things by half! Who doesnt love a classic. This first and second are layered with strawberries, fresh whipped double cream and good quality raspberry jam. One of the pictures is a birthday cake I baked for a friend and the second with a little sign was part of my cake table at my wedding. The final one is layered with raspberries, jam and a mascarpone cream for my mum on mothers day.
